First of all you have to go to the home page of the official website of Ayushman Bharat.
Here you will find the login section in which you have to enter all the information to login to the portal.
After logging into the hotel, the dashboard will open in front of you.
Enter all your required information here and submit
Now you will see the information of your card and all the family members connected with the card.
KYC will be written against the name of each member of your family Click on the KYC given against the name of the member whose name you want to add under this scheme.
After clicking KYC, details of entering all the details of that member will open in front of you in which you have to click on Aadhaar authentication option with the help of Aadhaar card verification and proceed.
Here e kyc has to be done.
A new member add form will open in front of you.
Here you have to enter all the details of the new member where you have to do OTP verification on the mobile number linked with the new member’s Aadhaar card.
Then you will be shown the complete information of the new member.
In which you have to fill all the information of the new member and click the submit button.
After following above step you will get confirmation pop.
After entering these details, you will see a green or yellow button, if the green button appears, then your card is ready, and if the yellow button appears, then your reference ID number will be written in it and save it.
With this reference ID you can go to the nearest government hospital and get your card validated immediately.
A yellow button means that your card is pending and you will be able to use this card after an official approves it.
