Gnyan Sahayak Bharti 2026: ગુજરાતના શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષકોની અછત દૂર કરવા માટે અમલમાં મૂકવામાં આવેલી ‘જ્ઞાન સહાયક યોજના’ ફરી એકવાર ચર્ચામાં છે. તાજેતરના અહેવાલો અને મીડિયા રિપોર્ટ્સ (VTV News) અનુસાર, રાજ્યની સરકારી અને ગ્રાન્ટ-ઈન-એડ શાળાઓમાં ખાલી પડેલી જગ્યાઓ પર ટૂંક સમયમાં નવા જ્ઞાન સહાયકો (Gnyan Sahayak) ની નિમણૂક કરવામાં આવી શકે છે.

ગુજરાત બજેટ ૨૦૨૬ માં શિક્ષણ વિભાગ માટે કરવામાં આવેલી મોટી ફાળવણી બાદ, શાળાઓમાં વહીવટી અને શૈક્ષણિક કાર્યને વેગ આપવા માટે કરાર આધારિત જ્ઞાન સહાયકોની જરૂરિયાત ઊભી થઈ છે. કાયમી ભરતીની પ્રક્રિયા લાંબી હોવાથી, વચગાળાના રસ્તા તરીકે સરકાર જ્ઞાન સહાયક દ્વારા ખાલી જગ્યાઓ ભરી શકે છે.

કોણ કરી શકશે અરજી?
જ્ઞાન સહાયક તરીકે જોડાવવા માટે ઉમેદવારે જે-તે વિભાગની TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) અથવા TAT (Teacher Aptitude Test) પાસ કરેલી હોવી ફરજિયાત છે. મેરિટ લિસ્ટના આધારે ઉમેદવારોની પસંદગી કરવામાં આવે છે અને તેમને શાળા પસંદગીની તક આપવામાં આવે છે.
