Step 3 On the newly opened citizen registration page enter your mobile number email id in the registration form create a password for your id enter the captcha code click on generate otp button located at the bottom

Step 4 An additional dialog will open for filling the OTP An OTP will be sent to your mobile number and email id you entered in the registration form Enter the OTP and click on the submit button
