Mobile Repairing Assistance Scheme 2023
- Under the Manav Kalyan Yojana, the Gujarat government is providing mobile repairing kits absolutely free to the businessmen doing free mobile repairing. One of the objectives of this scheme is to provide self-employment to small entrepreneurs. Under the Manav Kalyan Yojana, people can start their own self-employment by getting equipment as a kit to run their own mobile repairing business. Assistance is provided under this scheme to help small entrepreneurs to become financially viable. People of both urban and rural areas of Gujarat state can take advantage of this scheme. Certain norms have been set by the Government to avail the benefit of this scheme which are as follows.
Eligibility Norms
- To avail this scheme the age of the applicant must be between 16 years to 60 years
- To avail the benefit of this scheme the annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed 1,20,000 for rural area and 1,50,000 for urban area
- For rural area beneficiaries District Village Development Department Should be included in the poverty line list. Beneficiaries with a score of 0 to 16 will not be required to submit proof of income
- Mobile Repairing Kits are provided within the price limit of Rs 8600
