- B.E / B.tech Civil degree in regular mode from recognised University duty approved by UGC/AICTE
- Minimum 55 percentage marks in the final year / last two semester.
- No ATKT in the final year or last two semester
- equivalence certificate required if degree is obtained through other mode.
