સરકાર શ્રી દ્વારા આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટે અમુક ધારા ધોરણે નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલા છે જે નીચે મુજબ છે જેમાં
◾ગુજરાતનો મૂળ વતની હોવો જોઈએ
◾સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના હોવા જોઈએ
◾સરકારી ભરતી ની શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત અને વહી મર્યાદા ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ
◾શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાતમાં 50% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ
◾તાલીમાર્થીના કુટુંબની વાર્ષિક આવક મર્યાદા 4,50,000 કે તેથી ઓછી હોવી જોઈએ
◾તાલીમાર્થી એ સંસ્થા પાસેથી તાલીમ ની હાજરીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર મેળવી રજૂ કરવાનો રહેશે
◾આ યોજનાનો લાભ ફક્ત એક જ વાર મળવા પાત્ર થશે
◾સંસ્થાના ત્રણ વર્ષના અનુભવ અંગેનો ચાર્ટર એકાઉન્ટન્ટ નું પ્રમાણપત્ર સંસ્થા પાસેથી મેળવીને રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે

✔️જેમાં તમે અગાઉ યુઝર આઇડી બનાવેલ ન હોય તો ન્યુ યુઝર પ્લીઝ રજીસ્ટર ઉપર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે
✔️ત્યારબાદ યુઝર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડિટેલમાં તમામ વિગતો ભર્યા બાદ રજીસ્ટર ઉપર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે
